Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Parlor revenue generation as per the sales target.
- Responsible to Parlor operational requirements as per the defined SOP.
- Ensure availability of products & maintaining inventories at Parlor.
- Display of customer first attitude & solicits customer feedback on various products of Parlor.
- Addressing customer complaints & grievances in a time bound manner.
- Managing promotional activities of new product at Parlor & encouraging customers for sharing their feedback.
- Minimizing Parlor pilferage.
- Focus on brand building, increasing customer count & customer retention.
- Develop & maintain local business relationship with hotels/motels for increasing bulk sales.
- Maintain relationship with Vendors, landlords, property manager & external agencies.
- Analyzing sales & stock figures for future growth & profitability.
- Analyzing customer feedback & competitors trends in the Retail Parlor market.
- Managing the legal requirements of the Parlor as per the applicable state law.
- Manage & motivate team to increase sales efficiency & customer service centric approach for increasing customer loyalty.
- Monitoring performance of team & sharing of feedback with them.
- Ensuring that all standard of quality, health & safety.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good experience in usage of various types of software of sales.
- Should be able to meet sales target.
- Strong organizational & leadership skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing field preferred.
- Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing parlor/store/Fmcg.
- Should have sound experience in managing team & customers
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Way back in 1907, when Ice Cream was not even an industry in India, Mr Vadilal Gandhi started a small soda fountain in Ahmedabad.
