Job Summary: The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that products are strategically placed, presented attractively, and available for customers in accordance with brand and retail standards. This position involves frequent interaction with retailers, monitoring stock levels, and implementing visual merchandising strategies and conduct sampling activities to drive product sales and enhance customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Placement & Display:

Ensure that products are displayed attractively and organized according to company guidelines.

Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays that highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal items.

Ensure that shelves, racks, and other display areas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing to customers.

Stock Management:

Monitor product stock levels in assigned stores to ensure inventory is replenished regularly.

Track stock movements and communicate with the inventory team to request restocking or reorder products.

Identify slow-moving products and collaborate with the team on strategies to boost sales.

Store Visits & Audits:

Regularly visit assigned stores to assess product placement and ensure visual standards are maintained.

Conduct store audits to evaluate the effectiveness of product displays and promotional materials.

Coordinate with store managers regarding product performance, sales trends, and customer preferences.

Promotions & Campaigns:

Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and new product launches in stores.

Ensure that in-store promotions are executed effectively, with correct signage and product positioning.

Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events/sampling activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, sales teams, and retailers to ensure the successful execution of merchandising plans.

Provide training to store staff on product features, display techniques, and merchandising best practices.

Market Feedback & Reporting :

Gather customer feedback on product preferences and report on market trends to support decision-making.

Report on store visits, merchandising activities, and sales performance to the merchandising manager or other relevant teams.

Monitors competitor products and sales activities.

Requirement:

  • 0-2 years of experience / Freshers are also welcome
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields will be added advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid Work Authorization
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
